Summary of Proposal:
The proposed amendment, posted on August 25, 2015, has been revised in light of feedback received during that consultation. Two subsections have also been added that would implement recent amendments made to section 24 of the Pension Benefits Act by the Jobs for Today and Tomorrow Act (Budget Measures), 2016. For convenience, the revisions and additions are underlined in the attached document.
